Join us for a special 5-course Wine Dinner paired perfectly with specially curated wines from Piedmont, Italy.
Certified Sommelier/Owner Sabrina Gao has curated some under-discovered indigenous wines from Piedmont to pair with five unique dishes from Executive Chef Jameson Poll’s spring menu where each wine and dish elevate each other.
Sabrina will lead our guests through a fun and informative tasting of these wines, and you will have a chance to learn the “4 steps to taste a glass of wine” while enjoying the food and wine pairings.
Allergies and aversions can be accommodated; please note while booking in the comments so we can adequately prepare alternatives for you.
Price: $199 per person
The price includes food, wine, and a 20% gratuity for the service team.
